"he's trying to jam up police officers"… these prejudices and biases police have, are why they created policies prohibiting officers from acting on those personal prejudices and bias, because it does create situations where officers uphold emotions not the law… but it seems officers routinely forget these parts of their departments policies which were created as a result of past lawsuits because their department didn't follow the law… why does law enforcement struggle so much with law… P.S. at 20:38 notice the "thin blue line" tattoo? not only is the funeral band a thin blue line, but so is his physical body, violating department policies about engaging in political activity while representing the department, as well as state laws prohibiting tax dollars from being used for political activities, aka government employees on the clock… remember its not just policy cops are violating with their political garb, its state law…

I think the main reason why cops do what they do is because they have gotten away with being incompetent for soooo long. They probably hear the “I’m gonna suit you” every day, but it’s never followed up, just a lot of empty threats.
