I think the best nerf for the impacts would probably to leave them as is, but make them FIR only (and maybe not sellable to the market or fence) or maybe lock them behind a quest (grenadier?) and lvl 4 prapor only (with a limited stock per reset plus limited buy amount)

I think you should be able to put either mags or meds in your container but not both. Maybe make this a distinction between the different container types so there’s actually a reason to keep different containers around.
That being said I agree with the change if I kill your Chad ass I should get your Chad ass ammo. After I’m still a rat with level 2/4 traders.

Is it possible they just removed item rarity and spawn location information to cut down on hackers targeting people based on loot because they can see it
I don't understand how any of this has a substantial impact on gameplay
if you want green battery i always find them around customs, find them in the garages next to trailer park and some of the big warehouses near the middle
