I have read so much lore about the knights I'm so keen to finally learn about their army
Small question about a stratagem from the admech metallica supplement. Knight of Iron Cog (give a raven knight via auxiliary detachment the admech keyword) whats your opinion on mixing the two armies.
I get that it's probably the least played of the questoris-class competitively, but no mention of the gallant is a little sad.

Nice little review of Knights. I prefer to run 3 Questoris and 4 Armigers myself, but that has more to do with my collection rather than what's super strong in the meta.
I have a question about Knights. If I take Fealty of the Cog and pick Raven can I use Order of Companions stratagem for that Raven Freeblade? Also for this stratagem I can basically only reroll hit or wound or damage once per turn for free in shooting and fight phase? Or does each gun count as selecting to shoot so it can be used per gun?

i played your test list as house raven … house raven is the best house by far , the mobility is so useful . everything you are scared of you can outrun . i made a few smaller changes … but yeah guys try house raven

I have a stupid question. How do you get Canis Rex in a Imperialis list, if possible? Will having him break Oaths and the like? I'm confused about how this works.
the most "fun" combo i found in a freeblade lance was that due to the wording you can give Canis Rex a extra household tradition via the exalted court upgrade.
And guess what is righti there in the imperialis table … Noble combatants (after FAQ XD)
Having canis rex with 5 base attacks and base WS2+ smash with his powered up gauntlet and then be able to attack "again" with 'all attacks that didnt do damage' is really nice
(at least if you are not on the recieving end)
Volcano lance on a knight Castellan is D6+8 damage
getting that "magical" (or forced) 6 to wound if you shell out 4CP and making D6+8 mortals on an enemy is just devastating
I'm going to have to get a friend who plays knights to watch this or get him to actually read his codex thoroughly. He shrugs off the majority of his rules as he considers them to be either bad or hardly ever useful. He uses barely any of his strategems, hasn't used his bondsman abilities or exalted court and ignores the code chivalric.
How do you get 2 martial traditions, I thought only one knight can be a character lance?

But I have one question, the freeblade stratagem deeds of legends says I can only reroll rolls when taking the Lay low ability.. What does that mean? I dont want to cheat and can not find a explanation anywhere.. Would be great to find an answer here, on the greatest 40k channel. 🙂
