I liked the story JUJU and narration, when you put in the sound effects, the story really comes to life for us. It probably doubles your work load but overall with or without effects it makes the story…

Just echoing what everyone else has already said, but…
Wow, yes the sound fx; growls, screams, crunches, horses, etc. As well as the music makes the listening experience so much more immersive! Even when you leave in the occasional line that is re-read (only once that I noticed) to get the correct emphasis, isn't too disrupting! Not when the rest of a gem like this is polished so beautifully!

As a fan of zombies in unique settings I loved this. Creeps did this a while back but this one had far more life to it in terms of sound effects and ambiance!

The only problem with this story is birds exist and there are birds that eat turtles no way the zombie plague would stay contained in a lake just cuz people couldn't go near it
