I applaud you for actually using the Tour datamines to predict the DLC tracks. I have been looking for a video like this on Youtube for a while.
I'm really glad that you pointed out how there are 8 slots left for Tour tracks and 8 tracks datamined. I feel like no one really talks about that, so I'm glad you noticed that!
I'm surprised there's no cairo, egypt tour track considering the pyramids are in tour's promo art and we haven't seen a track based from a city in an african country yet (while there's 3 US cities being used as courses lol)
I just really don't understand why we are STILL getting a track from the US. We have New York and Los Angeles.
Why no track from South America? Or from an African country? It would be a thousand times more exciting than a 3rd track from ONE country which we have already represented twice.
Rio de Janeiro? Or Cape Town? Would be so cool to see them.

Orlando would be such an odd choice, I guess they’d just make it focused on Disney or something, because that’s all Orlando really has going for it. Maybe it could be New Orleans and use the OR from Orleans? Who knows haha

This is just me thinking aloud, but with Super Nintendo World opening next year, do you think they could be making a nintendo worlr course based out of universal studios in Orlando?
I know it’s unlikely but I think it would be cool! They do have a Mario Kart ride! 👀
since mobMU has an enclosure asset I think we could also get a zoo track, either having animals from the real world or different species from Mario's universe

Orlando? That's a pretty random choice for big US cities, except for Disney World. And something tells me that Nintendo didn't get the rights to use Mickey Mouse for a track. I would have guessed a city like San Francisco, Chicago, Seattle, or Washington D.C. before Orlando. On second thought, D.C. might be too political… wait, the Berlin Wall remnants feature in Berlin Byways, so WWII happened, meaning Hitler is canon in Mario now.
Honestly, if these predictions are accurate, I'm confused why they don't have a Cairo course, because the pyramids feature in official MT Tour art, ands there aren't any African Courses yet. Or Latin American Courses. I'm just saying that "Cairo Cruise" seems like a really good fit. And "San Francisco Frenzy" and "Chicago Showdown" seem more logical than Orlando.
I feel like you should have included an autumn themed track. Ninja Hideaway, Sky-high Sundae and Merry Mountain are all themed after a season (spring, summer and winter) and were released during that season in both games so an autumn track would make sense.

Ngl hearing that we are potentially getting tracks based on Yoshi’s Island and Donkey Kong Country sounds really cool and I would love to see how they portray them

You know what? Orlando makes a lot of sense if you consider there's a Super Nintendo World in construction over there. Maybe the track is based around it.
The mu track will be a faming simulator track. They would have to announce it at the nintendo direct

The MU in the filename "mobMU" could actually mean "mushroom", and considering it has an enclosure file means that it's most likely either a zoo or aquarium. Meaning the track could be called "Mushroom Zoo" or "Mushroom Aquarium"
mobDK could also potentially be N64 DK's Jungle Parkway or GCN DK Mountain.
Here's what I'm thinking for each code:
OR: I don't know whether the tour it debuts in will be the Orlando Tour or Movie Tour, but it will debut around the time that the Mario movie comes out.
YI: Really, how could this not be Yoshi's Island?
BR: This track will probably not be a dedicated bathroom track, but rather a tour through a giant house like the Macro Zone, as a section track.
DK: It could be Donkey Kong, but it could just as easily stand for something like "DriveKing", for a 100th Tour celebration.
NU: My best bet is "Night Underwater", which will be a dark underwater course, like in Super Mario Maker 2's nighttime underwater theme. It'll probably be on the seabed.
MU: I'm jumping on the one-man bandwagon here – Mario Kart is going to the zoo!

This sounds as a very clever guess for all of those tracks, and I would like at least to know more about Madrid & Athens for Mario Kart as well, cannot wait to see how much of these things becomes for real!

I Thing For MobMU Might be a Zoo Type track like having the Aquarium section the Winter animal section the bird section and the wild animals section and I think the track name could be "Wildlife Zoo"

About the "mobMU" track… this theory of mine might be a stretch, but maybe it's some kind of museum or "Hall of fame" type of thing, maybe to celebrate where Mario Kart as a series has gone so far?

They should come out with the Chinese new year tour and include Hong Kong highway.

But your video wasn’t the only one I stumbled upon. Another video about the same topic as yours was made by the YouTuber by the name of Swiftjar. It had a lot of similarities to your videos. Very very similar things that made me think he may just be copying you. I just thought I’d let you know this.
