  2. Thank you for the thrifting trip, it was fun. I thought you looked great in that hat in the one shop. I loved all your finds too – the lampshade looked fab on the lamp base and that green cupboard is divine – the way the roses have been painted reminded me of the traditional decor for narrowboats that travel along the canals here in the UK.

  6. I cannot believe it was last year that we last watched you go thrifting!!! It doesn't seem that long ago. I loved everything you bought especially the cabinet. I bought a lampshade just like yours the other day except it was a cream background and I was so happy as you hardly ever find things like that in charity shops around here anymore. You did some very good thrifting.😀

  20. Love all your treasures you got! The floral dress looked so pretty and perfect for you. You should go back and get it. Just put a longer cotton slip/skirt under to add the length.

  43. The lamp and lampshade are beautiful! I probably would not look twice at the shade in the store because of the older style. But on that lamp, it's really marvelous! One of my favorite finds ever was a solid brass vintage lamp for $5.
