Brooks will never answer the question of " Will he come back to courtroom and act right in there.. He always answers her request with some off the wall statement that pertains to the Judge not answering something he ask of her. He has never said Yes or No an gets brought back Just to be taken back out for being disruptive an not obeying rules of the court.
He is so Full of Himself it's ridiculous. What a trial this is.

That judge is not sympathetic or weak. She does not give a crap about Brooks. She is conducting herself professionally, with class and obviously has enough experience with narcissistic, manipulative and evil people like Brooks to know that he will try to make himself out to be the victim and try to use any avenue or inconsistency he can find, to try to get away with this, and she is covering every base to make sure that any appeal he even considers making is thrown out immediately. He is sealing his own fate and everyone is letting him. He deserves only contempt from anyone who has the luxury of showing it, but some people are in positions, like this judge, where they need to resist the urge to unload and puke at the sight of his face, in order to serve a higher goal. I don’t envy their position, but I certainly respect it.
Children live what they learn and Mr Brooks was raised that if he screams and pulls temper tantrum he will get his way. He got his way with his Mom and his gfriends by yelling and bullying them. Not anymore Mr Brooks, not anymore. Time to pay the piper for your ignorant actions.
