Philippines must be aware of what had happen to Ukraine. The security agreement of US and Philippines i think does not cover the establishments of US Military bases in the Philippines, for it will not be in line with PBBM policy of Neutrality. Beside Military establishment of US in the Philippine will automatically put us in the Cross hair of China in any events that may arise due geopolitical situation especially in the South China Sea.
