The "moby dickhead" joke was pure gold🤣
Why do I deserve all the best things in life? What did I do to deserve it? Did I put forth any effort to get the best? Does the best just supposed to drop in my lap, just because?
😉
List Idea: Choices in Games That Were Impossible To Make. (be it you taking forever to decide or one option pushing you into the other anyways)
That's pronounced "Hor-hay", it's George, but the spanish spelling.
8 games where you couldn’t please everyone. Second idea 8 games which made you truly question your moral compass
DOGGO
given that zues was also surprised about the box being empty, it stands to reason that they went to all the trouble to keep it closed because no one was aware there was nothing actually in it.
PC games that should've never been on consoles
Bioshock Infinite's ending is not about Booker 'sacrificing' himself – it's about forgiving himself. Booker is, for want of a better word, a 'temporal catalyst' that ultimately gives rise to the 'temporal agent' that is Elizabeth. He is a destroyed man after he leaves the army, horrified by what he has done, and when he comes to a literal 'fork in the road' (or river, in this case) he finds he has two choices – accept redemption at the preacher's hands or live with his sins. The Booker who lives with his sins is the Booker you play as, but the ones who accept redemption and have someone absolve them of everything they've done – that's the Booker that eventually becomes Comstock et al, Comstock being the most 'prominent' version of Booker. And thus the journey is all about reaching that metaphorical fork in the road in Booker's past and finding a third option – that of forgiving himself, not having someone do it for him. And with that forgiveness, no alternative Booker is created, and thus all the alternative Elizabeth's disappear. A new Booker and, ultimately, a new Elizabeth, take their place (I recall there's a post-credit scene that shows Booker at his desk before standing up and going to check on Elizabeth in her cot).
I would like to suggest, “10 video games from previous console generations that deserve remakes or sequel” since that seems to be the big trend theses days.
For a start I would like to say PS2’s ‘Robotech: Battlecry’ was a favorite that I really wanted to see a follow up to.
I'm pretty sure Bioshock Infinite doesn't belong here.
The game and especially it's ending are incredibly confusing but the way I understood it was that Elizabeth and Booker not only went back in time, but somehow managed to momentarily fuse all alternate realities in which Booker decides to go to the pond to get baptized and becomes Comstock. That's why there were so many versions of Elizabeth there. They didn't just kill one Booker, but every Booker that would go on to become Comstock.
I don't know if that's true, but it's the only way his sacrifice isn't completely pointless.
How about games with passive-aggressive endings. Like Fallout 3 if you send in Sara instead of sacraficing yourself.
While those Summoner deaths might seem pointless in Final Fantasy X there is a purpose to it. It really illustrates that "tradition" is not always a good thing. They do it because that's the way it's always been done. They're indoctrinated by their religion early on. It takes an outsiders perspective to show that not only is it wrong but why it's wrong.
Can we just have Jules interview Peter Molyneux?
Haha love Joe
AY! Green Wing! I've nothing to say about the video, I'm just happy someone else remembers that classic. :3
How about this: Videogame Villains who Deserved Redemption (but Never Got It)
Songs in games you listen to when not playing the game
Bioshock 1 & 2 great games with great stories, Bioshock Infinite good game but weak story that makes no sense cause we get shown an evil Elizabeth meaning she would have to take herself out as well in an infinite cycle so yeah pretty pointless, not to mention no choice you make in the game even matters. Bioshock 1 harvest or rescue, Bioshock 2 kill or spare, meanwhile Bioshock 3 hey pick these random things that mean absolutely nothing 😐😒😧.
All summoners before Yuna especially Braska had reason to fight and their sacrifice paved a path for Yuna to resist Yu Yevon machinations. Bahamut fayth gain Auron assistance due to Braska persistence and Jecht existence which allows him to materializes into the dream Zanarkand and allows Auron to pull Tidus away from the dream world into the world of Spira.
Here's a suggestion for a video topic: "10 horror video game moments that made you quit playing the game."
Personal experience: "Splatterhouse 3" when you fail to save Jennifer from being transformed to a mindless beast in level 2.
I always figured that Booker's sacrifice meant everything because he was the prime Booker, from which all other versions were born. Thus his sacrifice ends all of the other possible versions of him that could exist, similar to Owlman's goal in "Crisis on Two Earths".
Games that deserve a sequel but never got one
Hey Jules you ultimate Legend I have a suggestion for you and that is new gaming systems and progress including dlc's paying for the full game expecting it and not getting it completely turning off people to the gaming genre I often find myself for turning to my old Super Nintendo because I am tired of the console Wars and all of the stupid things that are happening with the consoles I don't want to buy a game to have to pay more for the game and the fact that we can no longer get them on disc for the full game is extremely frustrating not to mention the crashes and everything else that happens with online games or the huge gap between casual players and non-casual players which creates a gap of pay to win or just don't play
what kind of hat does he wear in these videos ?
I'm confused, the overall effort in Halo REACH was critical and successful.
