Out of curiosity, did Amber ever actually play through to get to the point where her game could do co-op? I ask because from what Kwing was saying in the first episode I am under the impression that he played through it so that they could do this series as soon as possible. So I was wondering if Amber ever played through the tutorial stuff where you practice and familiarize yourself with the controls.
41:40 It definitely helps to have someone to give jokes to. I find that I am almost always more serious when playing alone because I have no one to perform for and make laugh.
Kicking people is usually reserved for people that are causing trouble or someone that might be AFK. It's understandable for it to assume that the person that got kicked was causing trouble of some sort, especially with companies try to figure out ways to crack down on cyber bullying.
