The interesting thing to me about the Doomsday Aircraft is that every POTUS since it's entry into service has refused to use it if nuclear war were to happen. The belief is that staying in the Whitehouse or maintaining the appearance of normal activity reduces the risk of a mass panic, which would potentially result in more casualties than a nuclear attack that may not even happen.

The cockpit is chock full of old analog instrumentation. Is that what makes this bird resistant to EMP? Speaking of EMP resistance, has this bird been tested for that? And why would you go to the trouble if your ground installations are not EMP proof?

This idea is a stupid idea and in an AIR BAttLe war, this would be a sitting duck that would have no place to land for with that much time in the Air it would be a the Prime target. It's more likely to be a decoy plane. Meanwhile, Biden is an inept moron, he's expendable!
The one time I thought we were under nuclear attack in the mid 1980s was on a Sunday after church when I turned on my little black and white tv, and the first thing I saw was the "Doomsday plane" taking off in the distance, and listening to radio chatter. I literally froze and said "ohhh f***!" After about a half minute, the credits rolled, and realized, much to my relief, it was the end of a documentary about the plane!
The E3 engine fans were not moving during refuel and dont tell me its shutter speed thats a genuine glitch

Former Boeing Everett where 747's are 'born'. E4B's and Presidential Movers began life at our mega plant in Everett Washington. When first 747 rolled out and took maiden flight in 1969, no one could have ever imagined how many varieties would result. The Queen of the Sky changed aviation forever.
The aircraft can easily haul 100 people, food, and water for extended flights that can last a week or more. It can refuel midair, but can't restock food and water unless it lands. There are bathrooms and showers onboard. Those not only need water, they have to contend with sewage waste, which is held in storage tanks. Those are normally pumped into special trucks on the ground. I suppose if poop tanks got too full before landing, they could be dumped when over the ocean. Water becomes more important than food in long emergency flights.
Fun Facts: Air Force One is 1 of 2 Boeing 747's specially modified as the Presidential Mover and Mobile White House. Actually any aircraft the President flies in under Air Force control becomes Air Force One.
Marine One is 1 of several specially modified Sikorsky S-61 helicopters for transporting the President. Usually from White House to Airport where Air Force One is waiting. Between 2 and 3 Helicopters fly together, acting like decoys. Unlike the 747, the Helicopters fly low altitude. And yes, the Green Helicopter has a bathroom.
It's called Air Force One when the Air Force is transporting the President. It's called Marine One when the USMC is transporting the President. Typically the Air Force pilots fixed wing aircraft like the 747 and the Marines pilot the rotary wing aircraft like the Sikorsky Helicopter.
