Ya this rumour is kind of funny. A bunch of Zergs from Planetside, Albion, Linage 2 are the core of this "PvP" server. Sure they have some Alpha guilds that played NW when it was literally a different game.
If thats a NW PvP server, Then standing in a garage makes you a car.

dunno how balanced it will be, if cap is 1k and lets say 3k ppl play on it, lets say all factions are equally balanced but the issue becomes if theres 800 marauders online and only 100 syndicate and 100 covenant, never log out, no balance

These are unknown guild names. Seems to me these are the PvE-game PvP guilds. The hardcore names are not here, and dont even play the game you referenced. If the guilds that play PvP only games even come to New World, wich is doubtful, I dont think any of these named here would stand much of a chance.

Saw that Team Casualty was gonna be on the server and made me immediately realize this isnt a pvp server its an exploit serverđđ these dudes heavily contributed to killing the last oasis community by using there community to server cap other guilds servers to beat them and heavily exploited all game bugs

I can see the reasoning behind this but taking a server and being like 'This is ours now, you casuals aren't welcome and will just be bullied' is a pretty shitty thing to do.

I dont trust any guild to keep anything balanced. Most only give a shit about what they want and screw the community on the whole.
If you look at the streamers going to be on Valhalla.. It isn't going to be a mega server. It seems pretty balanced as far as factions go. 1. green, 2. Purple, 3. Yellow.. There about 200k followers for the 31ish streamers going to be on the server.. They probably average 1k-2k views. I doubt they fill the server up with players and make ques hours long.. They aren't asmon, Sacr, Seq, timmac, etc.. They are all mid to low streamers and more than half the streamers on the world have sub 3k followers.. Won't know till it drops though.

Donât know why people are so excited for New Worldâs PVP when itâs a zero-sum game. You donât get anything out of killing a player nor do you lose anything when you die. Who cares you get a bit of a XP boost if you control territory? You can just get max level by having your PVP flag off permanently.
Since thatâs the case, your time would simply be better spent only doing PVE or playing another game that rewards PVP or does not require grinding in a MMO.
Hard pass for me.
