My birthday is in January Adam… so I get a double refresh/restart. A brand new year and a new age! Though many loth January, I kinda like the fact that it's a fresh start, new birthday PLUS things can only get better… the summer is on the horizon!
After viewing home movies (8 mm film—before camcorders, years before digital) my sister sent me recently, I told her it made me homesick for the past. Memories can be bittersweet, especially when some of those loved ones have long passed on. Taken in the early 1970’s when our oldest children were little, it brought on a longing for those simpler times. My eldest son will be 52 this year, my middle turned 49 earlier this year, and my youngest is on the cusp of 39 this week. I have wondered where in that age bracket you fell, Adam. I hope you had a good birthday, and send wishes that you have many more adventures to come. God bless.
The more I see you in Celebration the more I feel creeped out that DW became a real breathing thing. Not necessarily bad, just weird. I like the Dumbo trad. Why not? You have the perfect hat for it, too.
