  1. I think the mount system should definitely be in depth and not so easy to access compared to spending some coin and now you can ride lol
Guild Wars 2 recently had the Raptor mount unlock unceremoniously at lvl 10 and I feel it’s worse for it since the quest to unlock it and the process of learning to ride it was so well done.

Maybe implementing a system where you have to stable, feed and equip your mount. More storage from the size of the saddlebags? Leading it back to a storage shed and depositing, then riding it back to a new destination to either load it up or engage in some mount combat. Would be so much fun. So many possibilities 🤩

  2. I don’t necessarily think they need to go to a super hardcore PvE raid. Sure it should be difficult but not to the point where you have to completely min max. That will cause players to gatekeep each other.

The most fun I had raiding was wow classic and wow tbc. It wasn’t incredibly challenging but it was difficult enough that you couldn’t just walk in and get it your first attempt ever as an average player.

  3. What if instead of just adding the capability to carry a shield with like the hatchet they implemented a FF origin style system or some type of advanced weapon system where they add a second tier of weapon skills that you could specialize into. So you max out hatchet at level 20 and then there is a second advanced tank tree where you have hatchet and shield. That you can move into if you also have sword and shield at level 20. Then maybe a more dps based advanced tree that you can duel wield hatchets or something to that effect. Could do a lot with something like this. Obviously could go a lot of different directions with it. But I think like you said it would be really cool if there was more you could do once you cap a weapon.
