New World Review: Final Gameplay Impressions

New World Final Gameplay Impressions
In this video, I want to talk about my Final Impressions of New World. I’ve played for about 18 hours straight on the first day. I have a pretty good idea of how this compares to the Open and Closed Beta and I want to give you a picture of what to expect if you still haven’t experience the game. So watch on to find out!

  2. Don't need to watch any video to know New World is a mess & not worth anyone's time or money. The initial success (that all new MMOs see) will drop very quickly and this game will die an embarrassing death. Hopefully Amazon will learn their lesson and leave video game development/publishing to the pros now.

  3. My worry/thoughts' is there any real intricacy to the combat, depth, class identity in the abilities etc. Is there a risk of loss/reason to win open world pvp (which is what drove me to like most sandbox mmos of the past.) Did the switch off of hardcore pvp to what the game is now cause any redundancies/bugs or bad design in looting questing or otherwise?

  4. "Final […] Impressions" together like that is the dumbest shit I've read in a long time.

How can there be "final impressions"? wtf hahaha

Why don't you write "final first impressions" 😂😂😂

  5. I played for a couple of hours last night, and really enjoyed the experience. The crafting system is rich and multi-layered, the combat is a lot more thought-provoking than ESO's button mashing, and the genre is really interesting. I didn't experience any bugs that I know about, and got right in when I logged on. I am especially grateful to Amazon for not forcing a subscription model on this one. It allows me to fold this game into my rotation without worrying about forking over money every month for a game I may not play every month.

  6. The game looks like a company made it under a month. Like even generic animation, effects, vegetation – everything looks so rushed, basic. Why?

I am not trying to just hate on it, but it's just disappointing. I know it's not a subscription model, it's supposedly not p2w (though I am 99% sure it will have bots, sellers, all the service). But still, it's an Amazon product, they surely have the money and can get the resources to make this work.

  7. Honestly the phrase atleast it’s not as buggy as cyberpunk is just a shit comparison if you pay for product and it doesn’t work than it’s a shit product and you should be entitled to a refund just because it’s less buggy doesn’t mean that it’s still okay. Honestly companies should treat a game release like they will never have to update the game like back in the old days

  8. I really was hoping they would fix the PVE aspect of the game and make the dungeons better, have more enemy varieties and just make it BETTER for solo players like myself who really hate PVP games.

But 180+ hours logged in JUST the beta?
Every game I log hundreds of hours into I’ve loved, I can’t imagine playing a game so much if I believed it was meh haha but MMOs can be like that.

Wondering how this game will be a year from now. Or 5.
