Railroad Families EXPOSE Company's Exploitation & Greed

BNSF Railway workers have been stripped of almost all time-off—including weekends—under an extreme new attendance policy. They’ve been working for 3 years with no contract & no raises. A judge barred workers from striking so their families are picketing on their behalf.

  1. How could this be, someone explain it to me. Railroaders take their instructions from the RR union bosses, the RR union bosses take their direction from the leftist dems, the same corrupt as Hell, and dumbass as Hell dems who run the corrupt regime which runs this country, whether it's the turd biden, or Ossama>>>> Obama behind the curtain. I paid RR union dues for y e a r s, I can remember at every election cycle the crap from the RR unions would always include the lie saying vote for the dems, the Republicans will steal from your RR Retirement fund to bail out Social Security. Dozens upon dozens of RR who were just as Conservative as i would buy the leftist dem lie, and vote for them. I could recite the history of damage done to unions going back to the days of FDR, and John L. Lewis, the leftist dems are for the 'working man' is their single most effective lie, it's worked well for more than a hundred years. Since this involves BNSF, I'll mention this; when ossama<<<<Obama was running for 4 more years of fundamental destruction, he brought his asskisser Warren Buffet in for an interview on national TV. Obama asked Buffett (Buffett, and Obama have exchanged huge favors) Why the hell Warren Buffet does your secretary pay more income taxes than you, you wealthy scammer?? Buffet allowed Obama's lie to go unchecked. Warren Buffett's secretary is on his payroll, she pays income tax, Warren the shitbird does not pay income taxes (a distinction without a difference) Buffat isn't on anyone's payroll, he doesn't pay income taxes (W – 2} he pays capital gains tax on the profit he makes when he sells stock. Believe a lie, and be damned, something my coal mining father said often, believe a leftist dem's lie you will be damned in more ways than one..

  2. Go on strike.
No Judge has the legal authority to block people from going on strike, that includes the Supreme Court.
Otherwise, it defeats purpose and the benefits of a Union.

If the company is to big and important for a Judge to blocked the strike, then the Judge needs to break up the company for being a Monopoly.

  3. Not just you,I broke my leg in 15 places on my day off. Doctors were considering cutting it off below the knee. Praxair was calling my wife 11 days after my accident demanding to know when I was coming back to work. Took a year and two weeks to get back. They reminded me at every contract negotiation that I had put a strain the disability program. Somehow guilting me into some kind of shame that I had let down my fellow employees. I never felt so good quitting a job before. Your less than an animal to these big company’s. I couldnt do what I do now when I had a young family, but now I can walk. Company’s are screaming for good employees. The best thing that ever happened to me was quitting a job and learning my family could deal with it and carry on. A thing I was always afraid of naturally as a provider. I put up with a lot of things I shouldn’t have over the years just for the stability. The job I have now is less money, more time off and no stress. When I first started head office was sending emails on my day off about petty hour of service violations(not doing vehicle inspections in proper order ect),and I was ignoring them. My boss said if you kept doing that they’d give me a week off. I told him I’d use the week to find another job,and they never bothered me again on my days off. Yes they could fire me but I don’t give them a good reason to,I just don’t put up with it anymore. Railroaders get used to the big money and lifestyle. Start thinking every job is temporary. That’s what I do. Find another job. I’m much happier making less money and lots of time off. So what your truck is old and rusty.

  4. I was fired from the ns about twelve years ago for something that my trainmaster did, then threw me under the bus for. My engineer was fired too-both of us were blet members. When the investigation came around, the local chairman said that ns was only willing to give one of us our job back. It was decided that the engineer's job would be saved because he "had a family to take care of," and I was single. The fact of the matter is that I wasn't single, I was divorced. Primarily due to life on the rails. And I had kids-that I took care of. The just couldn't live with me because of my horrible work "schedule." So fk that trainmaster, fk that local chairman, fk the ns, and fk the blet.

Honestly though, I wish it had happened sooner. The last twelve years have been the best of my life. 100% quality of life improvement. I've never looked back.

  5. With all this talk about how oppressive the railroads are-and the absolutely are, let's not forget that union officials only have a job as long as we're oppressed, so it's in their best interest to keep it that way. Think about that the next time you vote on a contract🤔

  7. Y'all better watch out cause they will hire those illegals that's coming over here and work them to death for a less pay. Think about that. They say Americans complain to much and want higher pay. Everywhere I go that's all I see working now. Mexicans. Some of them can't even speak English.

  8. I’m a new employee in training working for the railroad. All I have to say is prayer will work. I pray everyday for us all working. The God of the Universe has a plan. I talked with a guy working for BNSF and he believes it that God has a plan. My childhood dream was working on the railroad and still is. I know that everything will work out through God’s plan. I am continuing to pray for justice for families and better lives for everyone working on the railroad. Including other jobs out there. God loves us and He always will! Love you all, I have faith in Jesus everything will be okay!!!

  9. I always loved trains. My grandfather worked for the Pennsylvania RR. I wanted to be an engineer for that RR now NS. Nothing has changed as far as the hours. Now they want to eliminate conductors. They have cut the inspection time for rail cars by at least 1/4 from what I hear. Good for the rail workers!!!! Especially after Covid demand has increased, but the pay and safety of the women and men that work for the RR hasn’t.

  10. I feel sorry for you, but try being the WIFE OR HUSBAND OF SOMEONE IN THE MALITARY. MONTHS, YEARS Separated and they may die for our country. I hope you get what you want. But a strike could cost lives of thousands of people.

  11. First and foremost "Crew" is plural, The End. I see some comments mentioning automation technology being so great and thats a reason railroads want to get rid of people. I'm a 18yr Conductor for bnsf aka FNBS. Anyone on a train can tell you the technology is incredibly flawed and there's not a chance in hell these trains can operate with 1 person let alone none. The tech is new on a locomotive but outdated and laughable in the real world. This is due to greed like everything else. They want to make record profits whole continuing to spend as little as they can to achieve that, regardless of the potential damage to business.
