Since you already have an elevator built the second underground anomaly won't have option to send RC explorer down.

quick reminder from my earlier comment. take a subsurface heater and stick it between the two domes near the bottom of the triangle expand its radius and itll cover both domes. the heaters only need to cover the center of the domes to be effective
