The CPG Massacre is actually one of the few points of ambiguity I like about Fallout 4; when you visit the Institute later, they say that the CPG Massacre was not perpetrated by them, but they killed each other. They absolutely could be lying, but if they're not, it would explain why the Institute has so little faith with the people of the Commonwealth: they saw and helped contribute to the beginnings of something better, and watched human nature cause the whole thing to go down in flames.

It's a sign from God that you started reuploading Fallout 4 halfway through my binge rewatch of your series on it.
I hate the way fallout 4 rushed plots.
Like the robot marriage thing.
You have one conversation with the robot, and then the very next time you come to town they are discussing their relationship, in the same conversation immediately admit they have feelings for each other and the priest immediately marrys them then and there out in the street.
It would have been nice if it was a little more drawn out, the robot didn't immediately hit you with the love dialogue the first time you visit the school, but you could get to know both of them and piece together clues around the school and then ask about it.
The wedding could have been an actual wedding not just them standing out in the muddy road, and you could have talked to the other residents in the town to see how they feel about it.
This is a town notoriously paranoid about synths and yet none of them question this guy marrying a robot
Maybe some of the residents think he is a synth and that's why he loves the robot and won't send their kids to be taught by a synth and try to kidnapp or attack him and it creates a new quest of trying to convince people he isn't a synth and save him.
Robots have no real emotions tho

However, in Fallout 2, if you buy Marcus a hooker, you can ask him "what did you mean by you hope you didn't get her pregnant?" and when you say you thought mutants were sterile he'll respond "who told you that? Nah, just takes a few years to get the juices flowing again."
