The anchor mentioned business being hurt by the fog curtailing fleet week. How about throwing away billions of dollars every year with the loss of Moffett Field, Mare Island, NAS Alameda, The Presidio, Concord NWS, Hamilton Air Force Base. That's right… they left. Overall, and this is a generalization not meant for everyone because when I was military in 1986 I went there and didn't have an issue, that said I was born in S.F. all my family is there and I know the sentiment. The San Francisco Bay Area is the most anti-military place in the country.
Reality back in 1973 i was a councelor at a cabin in the pine barrons in nj.I looked up to see them fly all the time// I looked up and they were out of formation, crashed seconds later.. i have never forgotten that formation out of sync.. heard much later about crash.. It did not surprise me.. But to look up right before crash wow..
What about San Francisco supervisor Dean Preston wanting blue angles out of San Francisco? Blue must be too manly for them how bout pink angles.
