Ukraine’s military says it has used US-supplied advanced weapons systems to strike more than 50 Russian military targets in recent weeks. It credits the multiple rocket-launching trucks known as HIMARS with helping destroy ammunition depots and bridges in Russian-held territory. Ukraine reportedly now has eight HIMARS, with more on the way. But the vehicles have also become a new target for Russian attacks.

  2. Giving Ukraine artillery and MANPADS isn't really a big problem. Those are things that can be taken care of by America's extensive air power. This particular system is a little bit different and would be used to support American combat forces should the need arise. The rockets this system uses, there's only so many of them we can give away. You can't just start making these rockets. Every single thing we produce has to be paid for. That's called the defense budget and it's only done once a year. I don't have a problem supporting Ukraine but not if it comes at the cost of American readiness

  5. If HIMARS is the crown jewel in Ukraine military and was designed in the 1980s imagine what Ukraine could do if NATO gave them 1 aircraft carrier strike group. The US has 11 might as well give Ukraine 1 and make it an even 10.

  29. Now Every country must understand the need of their self generated weapons for the security of their own countries and also understand that why USA is able to crate such advance weapons and dominating the whole world?
    Because USA has such progressive laws in their country which no world media inform us and what this laws are?
    Laws are like RIght to recall their senates, Congresspersons, their judges, they jury courts, they have Gun law, this all laws makes their citizens very strong and powerful, this laws helps their country to not to suffer Corruption and make their people lives far far better than the citizens of other countries, due to way way lesser corruption in USA the advancement in technologies keeps on increasing and due to GUN law in USA which allows a common US citizen to acquire as much guns they can and of most of the different types which helps USA to advance their R&D in the weapon industries.. in USA 230 million people have 46 crore guns and only 8 million Police personnels have 2 crore guns, now you can imagine the power and strength of a common US citizen.

  31. Putin just doomed his presidency and his country by inviting a world proxy war he's never going to win.

    Once the war in Ukraine is over, Putin will be ousted from power, Ukraine will have all it's land back and be sitting on a stockpile of high tech European and US weaponry.

    The very thing Russia didn't want to happen, they caused themselves. Ohh yeah, Finland, Sweden and Ukraine will be NATO members to top it all off.
