  1. Lamar loses hands down. It's not even close. Lamar will get a major injury some day because he is a running back that can throw. Murray is a quarterback that can run. Two very different things. Lamar is good, but I just don't trust him to carry. Murray has taken a team that was in last place to the playoffs in 3 years… his dynamic plays have cause fear around the league, and despite his immaturity, his talent exceeds that of almost every other qb (obviously excluding the top tier qb's like Brady and Rodgers).

  2. If anyone is to blame for passing woes, look up the top all time reception yard leaders for the Ravens. It's a mixed bag with not impressive numbers when compared to other franchises AND half of their top 6 aren't even WRs.

They have a bad history of not having a good WR core and you need that to win a Superbowl now. Having your TEs and RBs as the reception leaders says a ton about the team.

The culture of not being able to find WRs or pay top talent in that slot is their issue. They could have had Deebo, Adams, etc this year passed on all of them.

Who's the most memorable WR? Stats say Derrick Mason but honestly Jacoby Jones is most likely the most known Raven WR for that historic hail Mary catch over the Broncos.

    End rant

  3. Heard a lawyer explain the Watson case. Don't think anything is going to happen there. The grand jury already found him not guilty. So the current cases are civil lawsuits by the individual "workers" who're suing him for "negligence" saying that not knowing that massages don't lead to sex is "negligent." According to that lawyer, that's not negligence.

  4. As a bears fan, i hate the orange helmet only because theyre getting paired with the orange jerseys (I Looove those jerseys) . Theyre gonna look like traffic cones on gameday lol. They could've kept the Navy helmet and used the BEAR logo instead of the "C". That wouldve been soooo much cooler.

  6. Anonymous clearly didn't watch a single Ravens game last year. Lamar had to win at the end of the game with his arm pretty much every game with a busted up team.

  7. Most coddled quarterback in history, because in 2022 in all about MINORITY WORSHIP.

Let's see if teams don't do what the Dolphins did or what the Steelers do every damn time they play the Ravens.

    We will see.

  8. Joe Burrow or Josh Allen or Justin Herbert. The other two, no way. The Cardinals have an even looser screw in their head than the Browns. Jackson isn't a good passer at all.

You look like shite, btw. Eat better, get sleep, exercise, get a facial, and stay away from fire water and chronic. And everyone can tell you weren't kidding about the bath salts, so cut them out too,

  9. Lamar was ranked the best thrower outside rhe numbers last year according to Warren Sharpe.

Tell me that isn't progress? He went from being someone who "couldn't throw outside", to the best at doing so.

  10. I think the issue with Lamar is that the team gets in situations where he needs to throw. And for whatever reason the team hasnt come through. But when you consider the division and the conference, the teams that beat the ravens have great defense. So yes, he hasn't made throws to win the game, but that doesn't mean he's a dead arm, overglorified RB

  11. From the stat chart you post we can see that as far a QB rating, Lamar has digressied the last 3yrs & Murray has been improving. Same as far as Comp%. Murray's Comp% had gone up the last 3yrs & Lamar's has gone down. Murray also has more total yards in 3yrs over Lamar's 4yrs. Now personally, I'm not a fan of either one. I don't think either one spends time watching enough film study & arrogantly feel they don't need to. But let's be honest. Lamar didn't win that MVP as a QB. He won it off his running game & spectacular highlight reels from that season. Teams are now taking that part of his game away & forcing him to be consistent as a QB per game. That is where he is falling short. You can't just put up 2 or 3 games where he put up big passing numbers to win a game against sub-par defenses. What about the rest of the season & against the top tier defenses on a regular basis? That's what the top tier QBs do every season. I just think neither one is taking film study seriously enough to be a top tier QB. If it wasn't for their speed at running they'd be just another example of Oakland's JaMarcus Russell. That all said, I think Lamar has the best potential of the two if he improves his consistency at passing. I think Murray is to self arrogant to change his attitude towards film study improvement even with a clause.
You can spin that chart you posted in either guys favor all you want, but both are not yet top tier QBs.

  12. The point is and always will be, more mobile QBs have shorter careers/peaks, hence why theyre more hesitant to extend. Lamar is good at throwing bc he can run, but once he loses that hes just a mediocre passer who cant run (cough cough cam newton)

  13. IDK until the day Lamar has more playoff wins then mark f***ing Sanchez then talk to me. The man is a great football player but, I doubt he'll win anything in the playoffs. He reminds me alot of Mike Vick amazing to watch play but, will never go very far either because of the team around him or he just chokes. Still I don't hate him and the league would be worse without him but, stop kissing this man's ass until he does something besides just his stats.

  14. As a Ravens fan Joe Flacco was the same 10 years ago. Something about playing for the Ravens allows people to hate on them I don't get it. (Its probably because of Art Modell I'm guessing)

  15. As a Ravens fan, I'm glad to hear an unbiased positive opinion of Lamar Jackson. I have been critical of him in the past, about things I didn't think he could do, namely, pulling his team back into games where they faced BIG deficits. Boy, did he prove me wrong. I WANTED to see him succeed, though, and I just had to see it to believe it, I guess. Now, I am sold. There is no QB I would rather have starting for my Ravens today than LAMAR JACKSON. There is nothing he can't do, and do well, as a quarterback. Other teams should be jealous.

  16. I think Lamar is definitely better than Kyler Murray but Lamar’s lack of success in the playoffs is why I don’t consider him an elite quarterback at least as of right now. The 2019 Ravens were arguably the best team in football that year but they were dominated by a Titans squad that wasn’t as talented imo. Not all of that is on Lamar obviously but he didn’t exactly help make the situation better either.
