Leveling efficiency in New World is an interesting topic. On one hand, keeping up in levels is rewarding, on the other hand, fun can get lost while min-maxing. Repair Parts Lifehack: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UWcS5NRsK7Y
In this video, I try to suggest some ways in which you can level efficiently all the way from level 1-60, while simultaneously not min-maxing every last step of it. My goal is to provide a way in which you can have a balanced experience in New World that allows you to experience the game in the way the game designers likely intended to be played, while ensuring that you’re not leaving any xp along the way. This “How to level guide” won’t be the absolute fastest way to level up, but it’ll allow you to level at a fast pace without sacrificing the gameplay experience you may otherwise miss out on. It doesn’t rely on grinding one particular type of area, gathering or similar over and over but rather attempts to spread the ways in which you can earn xp and making sure that you use you time effectively while traveling. It also helps you maintain a high level of all professions and increase your crafting along the way.

Pretty much how I play and I think the most efficient way to lvl is to do as much as you can while you are traveling around the map doing the main quest.
amazing content again Ty for all your works
There more than just 1 quest that gets you into a dungeon. For example there is another side questline in windsward that leads you to the dungeons, gives you a key and 5k xp on completion
After first set of faction gear, probably will just be focus on gathering and crafting. Though I will probably try to leveling just by gathering and crafting to see how far I can go before I don't get any advantage on leveling crafting anymore. (e.g. maybe station level not there yet)
Fun is OP…please nerf.
thanks Duke!
Nice!!!
That launch forward on the great axe aimbot sweep swing is pure crap.
I'll be starting slowly getting my gathering up to certain levels, once I get that done I'll mow through MQL and Dungeon attunements to 60, then go back and finish off the high level gathering stuff where I did not finish while leveling. I'm Sooooooo ready. lol Also I will most likely change weapons 1000 times till I go back to what I like now. lol
Great video bud, I think majority of players will play this way. Honestly, its probably the best way to prevent burnout! Gotta have some fun!
I'm going to lvl 17 asap then go to work on my gathering skills. then just play for fun. I'm 51 years old this might be the last MMO I play so I going to take my time and enjoy it.
Ohhh dam you used the map the team released yesterday or the day before for the intro nice xD
Brilliant guide, best focus. Gonna level through professions naturally as I do the main quest. PVE. Hopefully I'll be at the right level when I get to the first dungeon.
Duke, I'm enjoying that you are doing videos for NW, I loved your Smite videos, definetly love this one too
We got 3-4man group we are just going to start at the same spot then just chill level by doing anything and everything we see fit the end game is kinda how'd I put it boring? at the start so just leveling up everything slowly seems to be most fun and time efficient imo.
Im not a PvP player at all so I preffer to just explore and gather then craft and sell good, If I level up along the way thats great if its slower than others… I dont care. I don't compete with anyone. I just want to enjoy playing the game and exploring it in my own pace ^^
Ahoi. Gutes Video. Danke für die vielen Infos!
Thanks. I like your approach. It’s a group marathon event not a sprint
A rare video indeed, someone giving sensible advice 😀 GJ 🙂
Hey dude, thanks again for the guide, really nice take on the whole "min/max vs. fun" aspect.
One super serious question though: are you german? You sound soooo german 😀
If not, i mean no ill-will, im german myself, you just sound really close to a friend of mine when he speaks german 🙂
