Balanced Experience: How To Level Efficiently In New World Without Min-Maxing Everything!

Leveling efficiency in New World is an interesting topic. On one hand, keeping up in levels is rewarding, on the other hand, fun can get lost while min-maxing. Repair Parts Lifehack: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UWcS5NRsK7Y
In this video, I try to suggest some ways in which you can level efficiently all the way from level 1-60, while simultaneously not min-maxing every last step of it. My goal is to provide a way in which you can have a balanced experience in New World that allows you to experience the game in the way the game designers likely intended to be played, while ensuring that you’re not leaving any xp along the way. This “How to level guide” won’t be the absolute fastest way to level up, but it’ll allow you to level at a fast pace without sacrificing the gameplay experience you may otherwise miss out on. It doesn’t rely on grinding one particular type of area, gathering or similar over and over but rather attempts to spread the ways in which you can earn xp and making sure that you use you time effectively while traveling. It also helps you maintain a high level of all professions and increase your crafting along the way.

  1. There more than just 1 quest that gets you into a dungeon. For example there is another side questline in windsward that leads you to the dungeons, gives you a key and 5k xp on completion

  2. After first set of faction gear, probably will just be focus on gathering and crafting. Though I will probably try to leveling just by gathering and crafting to see how far I can go before I don't get any advantage on leveling crafting anymore. (e.g. maybe station level not there yet)

  3. I'll be starting slowly getting my gathering up to certain levels, once I get that done I'll mow through MQL and Dungeon attunements to 60, then go back and finish off the high level gathering stuff where I did not finish while leveling. I'm Sooooooo ready. lol Also I will most likely change weapons 1000 times till I go back to what I like now. lol

  4. We got 3-4man group we are just going to start at the same spot then just chill level by doing anything and everything we see fit the end game is kinda how'd I put it boring? at the start so just leveling up everything slowly seems to be most fun and time efficient imo.

  5. Im not a PvP player at all so I preffer to just explore and gather then craft and sell good, If I level up along the way thats great if its slower than others… I dont care. I don't compete with anyone. I just want to enjoy playing the game and exploring it in my own pace ^^

  6. Hey dude, thanks again for the guide, really nice take on the whole "min/max vs. fun" aspect.

One super serious question though: are you german? You sound soooo german 😀

If not, i mean no ill-will, im german myself, you just sound really close to a friend of mine when he speaks german 🙂
