There is another world that waits for all of us when we close our eyes and sleep — a place called the Dreaming, where The Sandman, Master of Dreams (Tom Sturridge), gives shape to all of our deepest fears and fantasies. But when Dream is unexpectedly captured and held prisoner for a century, his absence sets off a series of events that will change both the dreaming and waking worlds forever. To restore order, Dream must journey across different worlds and timelines to mend the mistakes he’s made during his vast existence, revisiting old friends and foes, and meeting new entities — both cosmic and human — along the way.

Based on the beloved award-winning DC comic series written by Neil Gaiman, THE SANDMAN is a rich, character-driven blend of myth and dark fantasy woven together over the course of ten epic chapters following Dream’s many adventures.   1. This woke culture garbage is like when two boys build a clubhouse. Their sister comes along demanding to be let in, despite the fact that she put no time or energy into building it. The boys say no so she cries to mom and dad, who then force the boys to include her.

  8. Premise is great, execution is crap. Tried way to hard to force social issues. All but like one person you meet throughout the show is gay, bi, or trans. One episode starts with 3 straight couples, by the end they are all having gay sex. One man holds traditional views and says he’s interested in getting a good job to support his wife, and he’s immediately called sexist for holding that thought. Every villain is white even tho Neil made it a point to make it diverse. One character was black, but she didn’t want to be evil and it was the evil white man forcing her to be.

    Representation is one thing, but gay is still the minority. Not everyone is gay, so when you depict your show as such, that’s not representation, as it is just forced.

    I did like the idea, the deity fight scene is amazing. Visually awesome. It did have some cool scenes and some pretty cool parts, and I’m not even saying don’t watch it, but I am saying it has woke undertones and everyone in this universe is gay. Everyone. From the sandman himself to the female Constantine. To the main villain. To the desire demon. Lucifer is a woman, and her right hand is a woman, so you could assume she is as well, although that is speculation on my part. The others are confirmed.

  17. It was a good adaptation but why did choose a black woman for death and Constantine as a female though their acting was marvelous but still death should have been pale just like one's a person dies they become like that.

  22. This trailer is amazing but, unpopular opinion — the actual series was a let down / overhyped, maybe it's because the comics/books were better but I didn't enjoy it too well.
