Many of these areas that got flooded will need removing debris right down to the studs, the entire first 4ft or flooded height of the walls. Connect with Samaritans Purse to join volunteer crews to help with the cleanup. I used to do this with local churches to help when I lived in FL. I lived in Tampa St Pete for 8 yrs. So sorry for what is happening with these families. I feel for what they've already endured and will have to now that it's passed.
