  1. Eve needs major new gameplay experiences that draw in new players. This doesn't necessary need to be pew – sacefarmville experiences will attract players that prefer to play different games, and will then interact meaningfully with the current playerbase. CCP can easily double the game in a few years. Also Eve needs wayyyy more storytelling, worldbuilding.

    The guy above is a very competent guy, who can make a solid software architecture, but he is totally blind to what recruits new players.

  2. For me the experience in eve was usually stressful. It is not a game for a casual player. It can not be played without being ganked or extorted for ISK. Unless you live in some excluded low pop system.
