  1. Great video. Great tips that I could do better at following. We are not very careful with entrance and exit strategies. But I can see the impact it has. I'm just not great at changing my old habits very quickly.
It's deer season here in the coastal plains of South Carolina, has been for a while. My son has been out a few times, I'm not big on hunting 90 plus degree days.
Looking forward to seeing some great hunts from the Growing Deer team this year!
I hope you are all well, Good bless!

  2. Thank you for tips!
62 yr old Nana who ground hunts and isn’t the best shot in the world. Not moving and vocalizing doe calls brings all ages of deer within the 30 yard range I shoot within. Meat for our family all year.

  3. Your part of MO is like our part of KY. Lots of bluffs and thermals pulling in weird directions. I like to keep a note of all the wind directions. Say we have a south wind, you can bet that wind is going to turn west in a valley area.

  4. Never thought about the wind effecting what time they move but I agree because I have stalked and killed more deer in the middle of the day and not being busted and just the opposite in the morning makes sense👍👍
