Playing a bit of Shadows of Rose really whet my appetite for the full thing. The survival horror in third-person feels well and truly back, and there’s a feeling of the supernatural about the goings on here. I genuinely have nothing bad to say about the DLC so far, and absolutely cannot wait to get stuck in with it, when it’s available in full.

DLC that actually looks good.
I was gonna replay RE8 last night for the second time sicne release but didn’t wanna get burnt out so I’ll wait for the dlc. It looks amazing
Yeah Resident Evil is a Pseudo Metroid Vania. In the sense that in order to explore you have to get "power ups", aka items like the Bolt Cutters or parts for mechanisms. Now you dont power up like Samus, meaning gets easier to kill things, you do get new weapons but its never as easy or strong as in MetroidVania style games. So as said Resident Evil always has been a pseudo MetroidVania.
This looks interesting. I really liked the "touch my words" bit. That looks new and very interesting.
When they’d be releasing Resident Evil Village’s crossover DLC: Shadows of Yharnam?
