The thing about the Vengaboys is that if you split their songs into Choruses, verses, and instrumental bits, they’re all basically interchangeable with each other which makes them wonderful to DJ with from personal experience.
I've seen them twice, supporting Steps. My musical tastes are very varied. And it is a happy song. I agree. But I never know whether you're serious or not.

To show how long ago that was, back then I was still in primary school, now I am 31 years old, Divorced, Mortgage, Car and 2 kids, my eldest child is now in High School, time really does fly.
