  1. So the detective who we as a people are suppose to trust to gather evidence and remember crime scenes and such, cant remember how to Miranda someone and has to read the words off a piece of paper?

  2. Do not ever speak to the police without an attorney present.
Instead, ask them if you are under arrest. If they say no, then ask them if you are free to leave. If they say yes, then leave. If they say no, then ask for an attorney. If you feel the need to say anything more, reiterate that While you are more than willing to cooperate with the investigation, you cannot do so without consulting an attorney. Police officers cannot legally talk to you after you invoke your right to counsel.

And yes, it really is that simple.

  3. 100000$ is nothing after giving up 7 moths of your freedom. Lawyers proby took half and then 7 months his famy lost all the income he would earn if free. I bet 100,000 is just barely coved his debt

  4. Never talk to the police there mission is to pin it on anyone he should of lawyered up as soon as they said he was a suspect in the shootings .. police are allowed to lie to you to get you to admit to something you didn't do..

  5. I don’t understand why the cop keeps saying we know you did it. If they know he did it then arrest him, otherwise stop harassing him! I would ask for a lawyer at this point and shut them down!! I’m all for getting the bad guy but this isn’t how they need to handle it. Get proof them come back to him!

  6. I gotta say this dude really embodies an American. Trying to help authorities, open to questions, works a hard labor job, and practices good gun safety to protect his kids. Honestly all around decent dude. Really sucks he got treated this way, and tbh his 100k seems a little on the low end of being falsely charged for over a year. Especially because we've all seen people get millions just for getting yanked out of a car too hard.

  8. When you lie you lose all credibility. Same if you are law enforcement. Nothing worse than a police officer that you can't trust. He is less than nothing in his job. I would not trust this cop in a outhouse with a mussel on.

  9. This is a prime example of someone who does not have any of the skills, nor the ability, to be a detective. It must really suck to be so Horrible and shiny at being a detective, without the knowledge or skillful ability to truly investigate that you have to go out rounding up innocent people, and then lie cheat and steal just to get them to confess to something they didn't do. yeah this guy got no business carrying a badge and hopefully he no longer does
