I think spire serpent is the best flavor win on a single card I've ever seen

Also, if the beast somehow becomes a 1/1, he can attack. Proving that self love is most important when you're at your lowest
Anguished Unmaking gets bonus points for being Exile, which gets past Avacyn's Indestructible.
