  1. That game basicaly introduced me into warhammer when i was a child, i had that intro cinematic from some CD that used to come with random demo games and it had this cinematic trailer on it.
It was one of the coolest things ive witnessed growing up. The way the chaos warriors were portrayed and how the human soldiers fought was something incredible.

I think what todays total war warhammer games lack is these smaller scale , linear battles and stories. As much as epic the massive scale of total war sandbox is, the short linear campaign to save Boris and try to find the Godbear was something unique. I only hope that modders can make similar linear campaigns in coming years, because frankly i lost hope in CA. One can say that they did it in wh3, which means that there are more short stories coming with dlcs maybe. But i know CA and when they do something good in one game, it is a test and they will apply it ONLY in future games, if it meets massive success in the current product. This old warhammer mark of chaos game is one of many examples as to why it is their motto.

They have already pre-planned their plans far ahead and they dont like to change their plans. Thats why you can find shit-ton of bugs in wh3 that have already been fixed in wh2, because they started working on wh3 without implementing any fixes from still updated wh2 in that time.

  3. This game was influenced by Warhammer :Shadow of the Horned rat and Dark Omen not really total war, the style is pretty much identical . That said the intro got me hyped back in the day badass Khorne warriors and warrior priests.
