Oh, I think I figured out how to run soul siphon finally. You run rengar/rell with scalescorn. Flex in panth at 7 and slowroll for the golden army.

Cavalier has to be bonkers with that augment, no?
Played whispers Rengar carry with that Soul Siphon augment and got a 1st, unsure of other uses but one of the more interesting silver augments for sure.
