How can a former President claim executive privilege on top secret documents he STOLE from the government, when he no longer has executive privilege in the first place?
They need to just flat out indict Trump. The longer they delay after Trump already should be in jail as anyone else should be who stole top secret documents. Trump is just going to go to every federal judge he specifically appointed, and then take it all the way to the Supreme Court to get away with it like always.
It is ridiculous Trump has not faced accountability for a single thing is his entire corruption filled life. If he not charged, and convicted of a crime he has been caught red handed breaking; it signals a complete collapse of any sense of law & order in this Country’s Justice System. When he gets away with this, the government as laid out by the U.S. Constitution is officially over.

Looks like Michael Cohen is on to Trump with possible reasons why Trump stole the confidential documents from the White House, one of which was leverage to get what he wanted from a possible prosecutor which he could reveal from a secondary source if he did not get what he wanted which was to release the confidential documents he stole and have sent to a foreign adversary to reveal our agents and sources.
Check this out: Just read that Trump has several missing confidential documents that showed only their empty pocket files in the FBI search that was done in August, meaning the documents were pulled out of the pocket files and not returned to the Archives, or the FBI has not yet matched those missing confidential file contents to each of their pocket files … the reporting is presently incomplete but the list must be part of the recent DOJ information that was released, which means it is likely they are missing the confidential files that belong in the pocket files, the latter pocket files which are able to tell the FBI and the Archives what confidential documents are missing and what was in the content of those documents as to their secret information. Also, it was reported that Donald Jughead Trump was fond of reading about the extramarital affairs of foreign leaders and in particularly the FBI found a confidential file on France's President Macron in Trump's office with other confidential documents that were pictured in the evidence exhibit shown in the recent photo which was laid out for trial evidence exhibits on Trump's office carpet, as investigators do when showing what was found and in what room when such discovery carries with it a supreme amount of guilty evidence. I looked up France's extradition treatise with the U.S. finding that FRANCE DOES NOT HAVE AN EXTRADITION TREATY WITH THE U.S. The other nations in the World not having an extradition treaty with the U.S. are places Donald Trump would never want to run to and live if he was evading U.S. justice for crimes because they are not very nice in terms of sound economies or do they have a rich upper class where he could easily slide into and be a big shot with other big shots. France is the only great city in which to live if an American citizen wants to flee justice and jail time in the U.S. that does not have an extradition treaty, as the DOJ could easily indict Trump, as well as other courts where Trump is fighting as a defendant against criminal charges which is likely to be charged against him in less than 6 months, both in NY and in Georgia, as well as in D.C. (Jan. 6th insurrection). Perhaps the FBI will decide to take Trump's passports once again having connected the dots that Trump's interest in keeping that confidential file about Macron in his office with no other intelligence file on any other leader in the World that has no extradition treaty with the U.S. that has something that Trump could leverage against such foreign leaders in turn for a promise to live in their country and be treated like a welcomed guest instead of a criminal as he would be, if he were to remain in the U.S. during such trials, along with the fear of being sent to jail, if found guilty by a jury.
