Sorry to say, but she can’t just use lyrics as evidence, there needs to be hard cold physical evidence for this to stand. Even if there is “a crime to with it” it won’t stand, you need prints, video footage, text msgs, cause even confessions can be thrown out. You don’t get to write the law lady, just enforce it. Yeah, this might lock people up in county while the cases are being fought, you can set people off for a while but if those are the only things you have then that means your desperate.
