Hey i think i might know why your game might be micro stuttering, you gotta add the game to your NVIDIA Control Panel thing, its in Manage 3D settings, and under the tab Program Settings, thats where you can add games and change all the graphic settings. also if you use a Gsync monitor, make sure to turn on Vsync for the game.
