What I Eat in A Day at Disney World After Weight Loss Surgery!
Can you survive Walt Disney World after bariatric surgery? YES! Welcome to a (hopefully) new series in my weight loss journey – eating in Disney parks and showing you along the way after my weight loss transformation. Today, we are in EPCOT for all three meals! I believe in balance, so if you’re expecting water and salad, I encourage to watch with an open mind. Welcome to my weight loss surgery journey almost THREE years later! Would you like to see the other parks?

I’m a huge Disney fan and eat 2-3 buckets of popcorn 🍿 I’m having a VSG in
July. How will I survive?!
Love this Chelsea, thank you! Bread is so very hard for me to resist since surgery.
You said 3 month anniversary… I think you mean 3 years!!
Butter Bars are the BEST Breakfast! Great Video..thank you for sharing! 🥰
So many amazing things to try around world showcase during Flower and Garden. One of my favorites times to go. Curious if you were able to choose VSG vs Bypass and why you made the choice you did.
YES! I would love to see this as a reoccurring thing!
Epcot is deliciousness! I would love to see a WIEIAD on Hollywood Studios as I am headed there in June.
I should have watched this BEFORE I went to DW! Thank you! I am just shy of 2 years post op and have lost 112 pounds hitting my goal weigh just after my 1 year mark. I love sharing my journey! My hope is that if I can help support just one person in their journey then my story has served it's purpose. I just subscribed to your channel 😎
Omg you’re so much fun! Glad I found this channel. I had VSG on 9/29. And I love travel. So win-win.
YES! YES! YES!! Please do all the parks! I would also love to see a version specific to Epcots Food and Wine Festival at Disney World. One of my biggest concerns is how my Disney vacations will change after surgery.
💐Happy Mother’s Day. 💐New subscriber here! I’m so thrilled to have found you! I’ve enjoyed catching up on your channel. You are a pleasure to watch and your daughter is adorable. It’s wonderful to see your husband enjoys Disney too. I’m a fellow Disney lover who had WLS five years ago. Thank you so much for sharing with us. Please share more of what you eat at WDW. I can’t wait to see what you post next. Take Care. ✨💚✨
Also my 2 favorite topics!! ❤️ I love ANYTHING Disney and Bariatric related, so this is my niche! 😍🎉
Love these What I Eat in a Day videos! Plus, I've never been to Disney so that's fun too!
This gives me hope . I am a Disney adult and just starting the surgery journey. I was so afraid I couldn’t enjoy those things anymore.
I just turned 51 years old and I am ashamed to admit I haven't been to Disney in 49 years. LOL You are my inspiration to make a trip to Disney a priority post surgery. I can't wait to be able to walk without pain and enjoy all these things! Thank you for sharing!
3 month or 3 year anniversary?
I was also confused and hopeful by the 3 month comment. I am going to Disney at appx 3 months post op. I would love any suggestions for enjoying the parks (and food) at that point!
