Amber Alert issued for two children after mother found dead in Hanford home, officials say

An Amber Alert is in place for two missing children after their mother was found dead in Hanford on Tuesday.

Deputies found a woman dead from a gunshot wound in a home near Fourth Place and Orchard Drive.

The Kings County Sheriff’s Office says the woman’s daughters, two-year-old Alana and three-year-old Arya, were taken from the home by their father, 23-year-old Jonathan Alexis Maldonado-Cruz.

  1. Wait, I thought the CHP supported the guy who wanted mass deportations even if it destroyed families? Didn't he just save them the trouble of doing it themselves?
Seriously though, what this man did is terrible. I hope no harm comes to the children.

  2. Funny how the news can post photos and information for an Amber Alert, but for all other types of crimes or situations they hide all description information of the suspects. Information on crime and perpetrators of crime should never be suppressed. I hope they find these little girls alive and well.

  3. Today at school the amber alert went off but before that my friend said β€œwe are literally at school learning while two kids are probably getting kidnapped right now or someone is probably dying right” and then a few seconds later boom the amber alert went off
