  1. Hey hi hello, thank you for watching! This video didn't turn out exactly as good as I wished it but I wanted to release it before the Switch 2 got announced, & if the rumors are true I just barely did it in time lol. Hope you enjoyed it regardless!

  2. Hot take: I would rather have the game be a bunch of new tracks than half of the tracks be from old games. I think new tracks are more exciting than seeing what old ones they decide to bring back especially because the booster pass added dozens of old tracks, with several of them being actually worse than the original.

  3. I really hope for mk9, they end up increasing the amount of cups from 8 to 12 this time around. There's so many Mario kart games now and only having 16 tracks to share between all of the retro courses does make it EXTREMELY limited. And going from the peak of 96 tracks from mk8 deluxe to only 32 would be very underwhelming for the game.

  6. I’ll throw my hat into the ring and put forth my predictions. I did this based on the fact that there are 8 games to choose from and 16 courses, giving each game two tracks for representation. However, I decided to take one each from SNES and GBA and give them to Wii and MK8, since those games are immensely more popular. I also changed some last minute, keeping possible DLC in mind. With that being said, here are my predictions.

    Shell Cup
    —(N64) Luigi Raceway
    —(DS) Delfino Square
    —(3DS) Shy Guy Bazaar
    —(Wii) Toad’s Factory

    Banana Cup
    —(GCN) Mushroom City
    —(N64) Wario Stadium
    —(MK8) Super Bell Subway
    —(3DS) Wuhu Loop

    Leaf Cup
    —(Wii) Dry Dry Ruins
    —(GCN) Dino Dino Jungle
    —(SNES) Koopa Beach
    —(MK8) Mount Wario

    Lightning Cup
    —(MK8) Cloudtop Cruise
    —(DS) Airship Fortress
    —(Wii) Bowser’s Castle
    —(GBA) Rainbow Road
