I pretty much only buy drugstore makeup, and I almost always see if you've reviewed a product before I buy it! Today I found myself standing in the aisle at Target with an open YouTube app searching "Jen Phelps Wet n Wild liquid blush" so I could see if you'd reviewed the product I was looking at. Ended up putting closed captioning on and skipping through the video right there in the aisle! 😂
But using 2 eyeshadows from an $8 pallet is still better than spending $42 on 2 eyeshadows to achieve virtually the same look.
The texture of that Pixi 'glaze' foundation was pretty on you, but on camera, at least, I don't think the color was a good match for you. Your natural complexion color is so healthy looking with that lovely cool undertone, but on camera this complexion product was an odd, grey-ish yellow tone (maybe even olive??) that washed you out and left you with a less healthy look, especially on your cheeks and the sides of your face.
I wish Colorpop were available in Canada.

I'm very pleasantly surprised to see that the Pixi Beauty LipMask Tinted Lip Jelly has no fragrance or flavor! WOW! Unfortunately, they didn't do as well with the Pixi Beauty On The Glow Base Foundation Stick. It has lemon extract and witch hazel extract which are not good ingredients, especially for sensitive skin. From your review, sounds like it's not the greatest product anyway.
The L.A. Girl shadow and blush/bronzer palettes sound good though!
That Pixie foundation looks great and natural on you. I noticed the difference as soon as you swiped on the first side and finger tapped in. Good stuff!

I am definitely going to try the LA shadows. I have such dry lids , I have to hydrate them and than use a silicone primer to cover any texture(um wrinkles who knew I would have eyelid wrinkles) ,,and than I use a concealer or a stick color as a base(it's a whole thing) but my shadows stay all day long…the thought of having cream shadows that don't melt off or dry down so much that they flake off is just a dream too good to be true….Jen I luv you but are you drinking enough water during these winter months..we can get so dehydrated in the heat in our homes and I've got snow outside, and I've got to force myself to drink water….it's good for our skin as well.
Trader Joe’s has a good lip mask vanilla. It’s either 8 or 9 dollars.
Even a short video is great, we need our Jen fix! Video wise I thought the foundation looked really good but will go by your recommendation of course. The blush in the pan looked dark pumpkin and looked beautiful on you! Then bronzer looked like a perfect color. Thanks Jen 😊

The thing with those laneige and pixi lip treatments is that the little slot where the applicator goes is not cleanable so you have to clean off the applicator after every use but then still the little place is sits in is not cleanable which really bothers me. I love the feel of them on the lips but the packaging is a miss.
It's been fun to see some of the things you review at my local CVS & Target! I am totally a fan of that ELF mascara – the brown is just perf. And it cleans off so easily at the end of the day for me.
Hair and make up on point!! Rose Marie Swift is who Jen got the bronzer technique from. She usually mentions that but for anyone looking for the info, RMS does great quick technique reels. LOVE her!

Hi Jen. Went to Ulta m got l.a girl cloud shadow in airy taupe. Great suggestion, very little fall out on the glitters. Also for cloud bush n bronzer in dreamy pink. It's a true pink n iam light to medium olive tone. The bronzer is a bit light but still worked ok. Will keep them. I've also gotten L'Oreal lumi le glass #610 n love bcuz it doesn't show texture n gives me a nice highlight look.luv ya❤
