Gotta love how "free" people are all over the world, you see the streets and there's a bunch of crap everywhere, in my country this wouldn't be acceptable people would get fined within 5 days from complaints. I wish I lived in a country where you can do whatever you want. It's less clean but it's also more free and freedom is important.
