Do people in Louisiana even have clothes for this?
I grew up in Baton Rouge, but have been living up north for over 35 years. I get back home a few times a year and was hoping to catch a break next month when I come down. I do recall we had an inch or two back in the early -mid 70s when i was a kid, but nothing like this. Please stay safe and watch the invisible ice, as well as the wind chills..

It snowed in New Orleans Jan 1983, so don't say it is caused by climate change.
Pretty crazy, we've only had 7 total inches of snow this winter in Southern Minnesota 😳

I gotta know. With these areas being so hot and humid all the time this must feel pretty good?
When driving leave a lot of extra space between you and the other car drive slower but not super slow. When you come to the stoplight make sure you have at least 3 feet of space tap the break slowly down don’t push on the brake card and stop instantaneously. Give yourself extra stopping room and you can drive on a couple inches of snow. Countersteer.
Really great reporting both of you. Poor guy has to be out in the cold. I don’t know why you gotta be out in it. Ha ha poor reporters for weather they always have them out there and extreme storms. Just show us traffic cam?!
