I know even one death in war is tragic. Mr. Browder said in a democracy, 10,000 troops lost would be enough to end it. So then if both countries were democratic, what would be a "normal" troop casualty total for one of the sides? And what would be a normal acceptable limit?
Europe hasn't been willing to fund their own defense. It is possibly too late to start now.
If history repeats itself, Putin will cause his country to shrink dramatically after a larger war with Europe.
