Some fun facts about GROM: they work in 4 men teams. Each member of the team has to be a medic or have had medical experience so that if shtf they are able to help each other. Also, each person has to know multiple languages. Cross trained in every aspect of combat and weaponry. Have to know every gun ever produced and be able to fire it and maintain it. They originally were trained by Delta Force and the English SAS. They captured Milosovich in the 90's and handed him over to the Americans, they took no credit for the capture. Secured Iraqi ports before the US invasion of Iraq. Seal teams come to Poland to train with the best Polish gun instructors.
From more recent events they were securing safety on early stage Russian invasion of Ukrainian diplomats when they were negotiating in Belarus.

Imagine being a 'marine' and not knowing Grom. Its like being an astronaut and not knowing what Uranus is.
They are also called “the surgeons” as they have an extensive medical training. They ride along with EMS for some time are are able to perform minor procedures. They idea behind is that the operator has to be able to render themselves medical aid if they get separated from the team. They’re very secretive so you won’t hear about most operations nor know their armory. There’s next to none media coverage about GROM so they can do their work as was said at the beginning: in dark and quiet.
