You NEVER want to upset your customers… especially on such a grand scale. It will leave a permanent bad impression in your mind that is near impossible to overcome.
Fairly short review at the table, not all the food discussed. I'm guessing it was pretty noisy. It's too bad their check-in process has issues. The food looked good, I'm really wanting that bacon! Thanks for the review, stay warm!
Having spent many years in the restaurant industry in a previous life I witnessed nothing but problems with any online reservation or queuing systems. It would definitely be a deterrent from visiting this restaurant if I was experiencing the issues you ran into. The food looked good.
Eveytime I hear that music and this time seeing 🇺🇲 makes me feel like you live in the place that says American just so beautiful ❤️🤍💙 and the food looked good..especially those pancakes..NEEDS SYRUP 🤭

Crockett’s is good but their sister restaurant Five Oaks (which I’ve been bc of your reviews) I found to be a better experience with a menu that’s similar but better service.

Crockett's is where we always have breakfast at least once when we are out. It's a staple for us. Great food!! I have not had an issue checking in at all…guess we are lucky!

Y’all caught Gatlinburg at a good time with the snow! So pretty! It’s been the coldest winter here on the NC side of the smokies that I ever remember! ! This old house and the depth of cold and wind with no relief for a month.. im looking forward to spring!
Glad you told about the check in process. We don't get into all of those app things, so I guess we know where we won't be dining at on our next trip to the Smokies.When we walk into a place to eat or play, etc. if we have to be put on a paper list fine, that way we know exactly where we are in line and not as easy to be bumped.
They need to get that checkin business fixed fast! Some folks don't even have a smart phone! Jennifer, if you have not tried cooking grits with tomatoes, give it a try. I like to use diced canned tomatoes when I start cooking them, amount to taste. Decrease water a bit. They are fine! Love all your videos!
