No Life Rod is supposed to be better, its lvl 500 only, slicing fish, 90 lure speed, 105 luck, op control and resilience, and chance to get fishes hexed is OP
in 30 minutes i made with heavens rod 400k
Now with the addition of Quantum it's even better
I feel like heaven didn't have 225 luck it's lower than 225 but i feel no life's luck is more than 105

Guys nlr is better than heavens aslong as you have quantum enchant I have both. I get a ton of sub space mythics
