You already know I love Call of Duty Zombies survival maps, well now I can officially say thanks to the legendary @itsBrodesYT – I have my own! If you’re familiar with the episodes featuring the iconic Ood Aliens “The Impossible Planet” and “The Satan Pit” from Doctor Who – this is a love letter to both, taking place in the space mining facility Sanctuary Base 6! They’re some of my favourites in Sci-Fi history, and this acts as a One Room Challenge preview to what I hope will be a fully-fledged version of the base that’ll release in the future for Black Ops 3 Custom Zombies. Featuring Infinite Warfare weapons, brand new Perk-A-Cola icons, the iconic Venom-X Wonder Weapon from Extinction, my own FPSpsycho Easter Egg (it’s small but awesome), and much MORE! I do think it's nuts that this is first zombies map based off doctor who we've had when there's also loads more maps that could be created map when your on galifray or skaro a tardis map torchwood tower/torchwood base that's underground map trenzelaor the miniturized people inside the the people ships the inside of that could be a zombies map

  3. Those are some pretty cool episodes to make a zombies map around. There are quite a few locations in Doctor Who that could work well as zombies maps, like Bowie Base One from The Waters of Mars or maybe The Library from Silence in The Library and Forest of The Dead.

  4. "There's like a rock up there." No, don't worry. That's just Scooti Manista's fossilised body, lmao.

    Honestly, I'm beyond excited for this map. As a die-hard Doctor Who fan, as I've been my entire life, I'm in absolute awe over this map. The Impossible Planet / The Satan Pit is also by far my absolute favourite two-parter of any piece of media, and I strongly believe it to be the case for any and all future stories. I can go on and on and on about how insanely epic, thought-provoking, entertaining, psychologically, religiously challenging and creepy the story is, but I won't because I'll not shut up.

    But this map has so much potential! A few ideas of mine for the map:
    – Make the Zombies have the Ood skin (like you mentioned)
    – Each round change has the short drum soundtrack in the episode (specifically when Danny is counting the Ood in the drilling site)
    – Make the spacesuit orange (or even try to replicate the one from the show itself)
    – Make Pack-A-Punch something you earn after defeating The Beast (the map's boss) (though this is something that can be done last when the map is fully complete)
    – Have The Beast speak on the comms periodically. For example, little comments like "This is my domain," "You know nothing," "He's Awake," "I'm right behind you," and other quotes. Maybe for the "This is my domain" quote, have it at the start of a round where all of the lights turn off and the quote plays. After, the lights come back on and zombies begin to spawn.
    – Have the lights flicker on and off periodically to add to the atmosphere.
    – Every couple rounds, there will be a quake which will violently shake the screen for a short time and causing some areas to be out of bounds for the remainder of the round (but you can still use the ventilation shafts to get from one end to the other during these moments, even if it's just as a fast travel system).
    – A little note saying "Storage 5 – 8 out of bounds" as an easter egg to the TARDIS being lost.
    – To expand the map, you must pay for doors, each door will say "Open Door X" upon purchase, but in some rare instances it will say "He's Awake" and then correct itself back to "Open Door X".
    – In order to access The Pit, you must first do a mini easter-egg where you (not accurate to the show) decipher the markings in Habitation 3, and if deciphered correctly, The Pit will be open and you can just jump down. To get back to the main base, you can enter the TARDIS which will just be a fast-travel system. No need to enter it at all. But you must defeat The Beast first.
    – A mini boss will spawn every 5 rounds, Toby Zedd. Corrupted by The Beast, he will be stronger than the average zombies/ood, can teleport when nearly dead, can zap you, spawn extra zombies/ood and he can be a 1/2 hit down (with Jug), and maybe even steal your perks if he touches you.
    – Make the ceiling openable/closable. This will drastically change the lighting in the room you're in. When it's closed, it's darker. Open, more red like in the show, but not too much that it'll hurt your eyes if you spend too long in one room.

    There's plenty of other great things you can do with this map, but these are just ones off the top of my head.

  30. My favourite Doctor Who episode has to be Heaven Sent, Capaldi took a while to grow on me but he's now my favourite! Love the vids, been watching for a long time now and it's a great way to relax at the end of my day, so thank you

  31. My favorite doctor who moment is Peter capaldis scale model of war monologue from “the zygon inversion” because That man can give a fucking monologue. But my favorite doctor who episode(s) is “the silence in the library” 2 parter. The introduction of river song, and an absolutely bone chilling enemy makes it unmatched.

  35. the g rail actually has a charge shot so you can one shot people. a lot like black ops 2s campaign railgun that shoots through walls, only the g rail doesn’t. if you hold aim it should charge up a shot, but it might not work on bo3 zombies sadly 😢 13:00

  38. The Impossible Planet is still one of my favorite episodes of Doctor Who so seeing a map made from the show is really cool. I'd love to see a map with Cybermen or Daleks I think that'd be awesome
