To move animals between islands, first bring it to yours; then sail yours and park it on top of where you want to bring them; them pick them up and walk off the edge (make sure the other island is below).
I'm not sure if this game is on your gargantuan list of games, but Medieval Dynasty is a crafting survival game, I personally really like the game and find it fun. It's similar to games like Raft, Aloft, Grounded and many more. Medieval Dynasty is a little more complicated in certain aspects and can be a little difficult, I highly recommend if you do decide to play it watch a few videos on the game because there is so much to learn about it.
Makes me think of an old cartoon i used to watch and love when i was little. It's called Skyland

2:16:26 Evan you didn´t equip the bird feed, it was mushroom seeds, i think you could´ve made it if you just equiped it properly
Edit: i think Katelyn already had a bird there and that the birdhouse she built is empty, also you have worms, that might work too, either that or there is a birdhouse that was already on the island and you just need to fi it instead of finding a new one, also that same island had a feeder i think, so you could probobaly blueprint it or sketch it and make one for Nathaniel
