Make sure you always dodge forward and in the second phase dodge forward and to the left of him when he is doing his combo's. Maybe watch a video of someone no hitting him cuz there are some weird moves like when he does the move at 32:06 you need to go between his legs.

On my shitty faith build it took 3 days to win. Then on my next charachter I used a cheeky Anti Radahn blood build. Easy kill. Next I did the meta ant rapier and stoneshield thing. That makes the fight a joke, you just block and poke. Killing them wth a normal build is very difficult. Even for a souls pro.

If you're married to frostbite damage I'd bring something that can cause fire as well. Fire resets the frostbite timer so you don't have to wait for the frost effect to go away.
