Look back gave me ptsd. Thanks for triggering it.
34:34 i just noticed thats the chainsaw man door.
When i watched this movie, i constantly asked my self. This art style is familiar, is this fujimoto? Yes it is. The man who ate his gold fish.
The live script editing got me so hard I had to rewind the video.
Another win of a year-end video Garnt. I have a feeling I might just need to catch the MHA dub as the story itself wasn't capturing me enough to watch the show without afk farming my gachas anymore. I'm glad to see it stepped up a bit, or it's stayed the same and the industry just moved ahead of it.
20:18 😭😭 it’s true though!! 😭😭😭😭
Never have I thought that I'd cry from a Gigguk video. What a master class commentary.
Solid list. Thank you again for bringing attention to some of these underrated series.
I didn't really resonate with Look Back, but I can't deny it's a phenomenal adaption of a good story. It's a must-watch for any creatives.
Gigguk is cringe
your content is TOP TIER thank you for this video ❤️
I indeed still give Pluto the planet pass
im not watching the video, its frieren
I really hope japan could take some notes from chinese studio's when it comes to 3DCG animation
Why did the audio for my hero segment just cut out completely
Can you put the name of the anime in the description or something? Trying to find where you say the name ONCE and scrolling back and forth is a huge pain..
I kinda love that the powerhouse most beloved anime of last year had (not traditionally or masculine) strong but quiet female leads, and both have clear long term love interests and romance, yet that doesnt hijack their strength and their impact on their world.
Kaiju No. 8 didn't even get a mention ;_;
what the tittle of number 4 ?
Dandadan is overrated, the opening isn't though.
What is number 4 is it just called orb?
10:00 Yeah, you can shill all you want, I know how the series ends. I Ain't fucking watching it.
33:00 Jesus man you're so fucking predictable. Look back is not good. Its shallow emotional manipulation with a nonsensical story. Its so tedious to see people jerking themselves off acting like its some sort of high art.
even after having watched the movie "look back" I had to cry again after hearing your adequately beautiful summary. That's how much this masterpiece of media moved and touched me emotionally. Tgank you Garnt ❤
The audio cuts out at 7:40 as you say My Hero Academia and doesn't come back until 7:54 . I don't know if there's a joke I'm missing, if you cut audio on purpose there, but thought i'd say something. And before anyone asks, yes I tested my headset and laptop speakers before posting this. I replayed the section with cut audio while another video played on another screen, and audio stayed on for the other video.
