This video is going over 10 Tips and Tricks for the Adeptus Custodes using the new Solar Spearhead detachment. These are all tips or tricks I have come up with while playing this detachment over the past month.
I still really like this detachment. It does take some getting used to. Solar Spearhead plays different than our other detachment in our codex. It is a shame the a lot of the Forge World models do seem to be need to make a fine tuned list. I still believe we can make a competitive list with out Forge World. This is a fun detachment that the rest of the Custodes Community should be able to enjoy as well.
I hope these Tips & Tricks are helpful to get a good feel of the Solar Spearhead detachment.

I'm having so much fun with this Detachment!I think a Shield Cap with 2 Bikes goes hard with the Unstoppable every turn
Really looking forward to trying this detachment out in an upcoming 1000pt campaign
When using the venerable land Raider I tend to move away from the BC. He's still great, but the land Raider makes the advance and charge/re-rolls less key. I'm thinking of trying one with Valerian for -1AP or a shield-captain for free strats.
As far as the "how to beat" series I'll be keeping an eye out for Dark Angels and those Deathwing Knights!

could you show us how you get around fights first with the Wrathful Advance strat? Im not sure i understand how this works.
Hello. have a question. Can i buy Horus heresy new Contemptor Dreadnought kit, build it with Multi-MeltaAssault Cannon and combat weapon, painted it custodes colours and then legally use it for Custodes army? I want to try this new detachment, but there are no access to any Forge World models in my country, so it's kinda the only way, if it's works.
